GB Glace is one of the biggest ice cream companies in Sweden. On their website you can find the official ice cream poster for the year you were born! mine in above. The liquorish 'puck' was introduce that year, funny because that is one of my favorite ice creams today.

Here are the most amazing tasting wonderfull wrapped organic mini milk icecreams from Danish Polar Is. one is even elderflower flavoured. delicious!
Danes love their icecream. I especially love Hansens icecream which has been going since 1922 and is still produced at a tiny little family run dairy. Their packaging and graphics are stunningly nostalgic and one of the things that reminds me the most about summer in Denmark.
